Another free login month?

They just had one like 2 months ago?

People that are paying for this game are getting ripped off at this rate.

Firstly, it's not a month. It's 2 weeks.

Secondly, how is anyone ripped off? I can't remember when the last one was, but if out of 12 weeks people collectively get 4 free weeks.... paying customers still got 8 weeks.

Yeah, I HATE having more people to play with.

Additional players represent more content for paying customers.

f2p would be an incredible boon for FFXI.

I like the idea of more players but I don't think F2P will bring in more money than paid subscriptions.

Trust me, it would and the countless p2p mmo titles that went f2p and were saved atest to that. If they did it correctly but they have already stated they don't want to spend money adding the cash shop.

I'm sure the nexus mobile port will be pay to win :/

Turning FFXI into a Free to Play (AKA pay to win) game would be like saving the United States from an alien invasion by nuking our 50 largest cities.
