Mog Tablet Rewards

So seeing the Mog Tablet Reward changes and I'm curious, why were the ones changed To sneak deodorize invisible reraise rings? Now this isn't a question about why the rewards were changed but why are those items (i.e. sneak, invisible etc.) now offered instead? I mean I don't think they'll get much use when you can just get the spells and use other job abilities instead. New players my gey a small use out of them but I don't think that would last long. I guess the question is why not add items that would get a longer use out of them or something to that effect
