Salvage plans exchange and reforge?

could the mithra holding plans have an exchange option added? Some players would like to complete all the salvage sets, but I know most prefer one or two zones for soloing. Perhaps a 3:1 ratio.

Also, any chance for reforged salvage armor? I would prefer that to plan exchange; as i would imagine plans would be part of the 109 process. I could even see alex or linens as part of the process too. A little unfair for plans that drop in arrapago the most though. Still, reforged salvage would be welcomed, create more interest in salvage, the crafted materials, gold pieces, etc.
