Steps:
1.Had originally talk to the moogle to get my Echad ring on a new POL ID because I was having trouble getting the info for my old POL ID.
2. After activating my old POL ID and having the expansions unlocked for my new account I log on to find the moogle doesn't appear on my screen but does for others in my ls.
3. Was unable to recieve that day and not realising that the event ended that night I waited untill morning to call SE support.
