Given wrong mythic weapon during CS

Steps: When I checked the door to the imperial palace in white gate to receive my mythic weapon I was given a carnwenhen instead of a Vajra. I do not understand how this is possible because I was on THF and equipped my swordbreaker prior to trading it to Abquhbah. I did this to see it one last time before I traded it away forever. My friend Articgun has also been in the same situation. He was given a Tizona instead of a Koga during his cut scene.

I would also like to note, that when I was trading alexandrite I would Disconnect from the game constantly. I was trying to trade all 30k alex as my last step and was disconnected 10+ times before I could trade all 30,000. As I would move it over from mule to main and/or trade to the NPC I would get disconnected over and over again, It took me over an hour to trade all 30,000 alexandrite just to go to white gate and be handed the incorrect weapon.
