Scope II Not Appearing on Automaton Equipment Menu After Trading to NPC.

Steps:
1) Acquired Attachment Scope II from the auction house.
2) Went to (I-7) in Whitegate to trade Attachment to Tateeya.
3) Tateeya said it's able to be used with my Automaton now.
4) Went into Automaton Equipment Screen.
5) Attachment Doesn't show up, even when sorting by element.
6) Acquired another Scope II, tried trading it to Tateeya. She says My Automaton has already been fitted with that attachment.

Addition Info: Tried restarting the client and my computer multiple times, did not help at all. Doesn't seem to have happened to any of the other newer attachments I've added. They all showed up fine.
The Auction House list for attachments is also not showing Scope II as green. Meaning it's as if the game doesn't register I have it. Yet the NPC still won't accept another one.
