I trigger the cutscene and every time the Tarus show up it freezes and I can't progress the cutscene. However, I can type. This a known bug?

I trigger the cutscene and every time the Tarus show up it freezes and I can't progress the cutscene. However, I can type. This a known bug?
I just happened to get this same issue today myself. Looks like I can't progress any farther into CoP because of it.
