details: i was in Celennia libray and talking to Reja Ygdirhi and was obtaining the key item Silver Shovel Cordon then i got disconnected to the server when i logged back in i talked to her again and then received the Sliver Mattock Cordon and repeatedly talked to her but never got the Sliver Shovel Cordon key item from and it never showed up in my key item list
Are you sure you were getting the Silver Shovel? Did you see it in your chat log? I had a lot of trouble getting it. I had to complete every Coalition Assignment and a bunch of Mog Garden quests up to "Hypnotic Hospitality" before I could get mine.
yes it was in the chat log when i d/c and yes i did all the quest but the base ones in thethe couri collition but it wont give it to me and its not in my ki list and when loged back in i got the other one
As far as I'm aware, you'll always get the Silver Mattock Cordon first, so I find it unlikely you were getting the dialogue for the Silver Shovel Cordon before you had even obtained the Silver Mattock Cordon. If you've done all coalition assignments then it could be quests holding you back, I personally had a quest that had disappeared off my quest log but wasn't officially completed as I hadn't collected the reward, once I did I got the Silver Shovel Cordon.
