Steps:
Mission, Speak to NPC to obtain the Red Recommendation Letter but he wont give it and i cannot continue on in the missions. The mission was started over 7 years ago before i had first stopped playing the game. The mission "Back to the Beginning" is available in the missions list and only way to proceed forward is by speaking with 1 of 3 NPC's, Randecque at (I-6) in Garlaige Citadel (S), Kalsu-Kalasu at (L-8) in Crawlers' Nest (S) or Turbulent Storm at (J-9) in The Eldieme Necropolis (S). Neither of these NPC's give me their respective recommendation letter to proceed with the story.
