Steps: Returned to game recently and decided to pick up Zilart and Promethia missions where I left off. I tried to continue the mission as per my mission log and spoke to the npcs, not sure which first, but followed instructions from wiki.
Both mission I am stuck at and can no longer proceed further, I have exhausted my options. I tried to redo the missions prior, and jumped ahead to the next missions as well with no success.
The 2 missions are Zilart - Awakening and Promethia - Dawn

I think those are basically the end of the mission lines. It sounds like you completed both of those mission lines, sorta. Your next step is Storms of Fate

I am unable to proceed to storms of fate... NPC's wont talk to me
I have tried every which way to move forward, I cant find a hole
