Steps:

I have attempted to upgrade my reforged relic armor on multiple occasions over the past few days without success.

I have attempted to trade the following items to obtain "Plunderer's Vest +1": "Plunderer's Vest", "Rem's Tale Ch. 7" x 8, "Kaggen's Cuticle" and "Yggdreant Bole".

Likewise, I have attempted to trade the following items to obtain "Plunderer's Culotte +1": "Plunderer's Culotte", "Rem's Tale Ch. 9" x 8, "Kaggen's Cuticle" and "Waktza Rostrum".

When trading these items, there is no response from the NPC Monisette.

In the past, I have successfully upgraded other pieces of relic armor through this NPC.
