Reforging bard empyrean+2 body decreases song duration by 21 seconds

Aoidos' hongreline +2 item description says Increases song effect duration. Fili hongreline item description says Song effect duration +11. People are finding that when they upgrade, instead of getting increased song duration, it actually shortens it drastically. I was sure this was what the MAR30 emergency update was going to address, but it didn't. I am sure this was not what was intended and needs to be addressed immediately. Bards are already going and making new Aodios' hongrelines +2 to get the good song duration back. They shouldn't have to do this, the problem should just be fixed.
