Karagoz Farsetto help text bug

Good day, forumgoers,

Someone brought up on the Localization forum that the Karagoz Farsetto (item level 109 PUP reforged Empyrean) is missing help text. There is a fix for this internally, but we will be unable to implement it until Monday Japan time at the earliest. In the meantime, I'm going to post the correct stats here so that you can make an informed decision about which piece you would like to upgrade first.
