Preliminary goodies this update 2/19

Current preliminary data on this update gives the following boons to summoner:

1. The cap for BPII- has been found, it is 15 as well, our floor for bloodpact delay is 30 seconds.

2. due to the +5 skill from gifts, (no data on any gear augments giving skill, and i don't expect any slot to beat current options) it is ~finally~ possible to hit the new tier of Favor.

3. the new skirmish pants from alluvion yorcia beat out Ngen seraweels for physical pacts, possibly by a large margin due to the potential augments (+6% bp and double attack) . they also MAY beat out empy +2 legs for magical pacts, depending on augment possibilities.

4. the new skirmish armor MAY be best in slot for pet MAB/magical bloodpacts, namely head and hands, depending on if their combined augments beat out hagondes augs. I don't expect the feet to beat hag. Scratch that, there are +bp damage augs. the new skirmish armor is now best in slot in everything but possibly body.

5. Keraunos with augments will most likely pull ahead of all other staves (except maybe nirvana) for BP damage, both physical and magic.

Interesting to note there's room to maneuver on the BP reduction II (even if it's only 1 :-))...I'd better get working on JPs - seems like a long path

the -5 BP timer gift is nice n all but while other jobs are getting new spells and other such useful gifts us summoners are only given -5 BP when -5 BP II would have been much more useful and worthwhile, we can easily cap the -BP time as it is therefore this new gift is pretty useless

It still subtracts from the overall cap. The hard cap was 45, then with BP II, it became 34, but this makes it 30, so it's still a good thing.

I'm kind of disappointed in the Avatar's Favor effect though. Kind of wish it was full tiers of effects VS. 3 second bursts, that way I can use Diabolos, Cait Sith, and Carbuncle's Favor's more effectively. I think the Buff Cap is at 1:50-ish so -30 seconds isn't really all that amazing...
