Where are the Goblin Riders for the Stoves?!

I've searched over several zones and there are no goblin riders or overturned soil anywhere. Did you guys glitch this up again this year?

I reread the event release, and it does not mention the game or the stoves. Are they not available anymore? Or have they been transferred to another game to win from?

is this something from a previous year? If so, check the holiday vendor moogles for the items.
