Cipher: Abenzio bug

Normally, when exchanging log-in points with the Greeter Moogle for a Cipher, it is impossible to do so a second time.
While scrolling through the Greeter Moogle rewards, I noticed Cipher: Abenzio and wasn't sure if I had bought him already. To double-check, I attempted to purchase him, knowing that normally, the Greeter Moogle wouldn't allow me to.
The transaction completed and I gained the cipher, believing that I had simply never had it in the first place.

This was not so, as I was not able to exchange the Cipher for an Alter Ego. Upon closer inspection and deliberation, I had already had this Cipher before.
This is a bug, as normally it is impossible to gain the same Cipher twice.

I would like to request either a reimbursement of the log-in points lost (500), or an exchange of approximate equal value (like a Red Mog Pell or Cipher: Fablinix/Mumor).
If this is impossible, I understand.
