Received Rogue Torque With no Stats

I received this item as a reward for completing the Thief Magian trial. The problem is, it looks like the stats are completely missing, and I'm not sure what has happened. It definitely does not look like the image I saw over at FFXIclopedia...

Augments are put on a second page of the item, see the down arrow? Press the + key and you'll go to the 2nd page, same things happen when there are too many stats on an item to fit on the initial item page.

Thanks for that ... but I still don't understand how it wouldn't fit like the 2nd picture shown. I have another item equipped with way more stats and they fit without resorting to breaking it up. This was never an issue before I quit several years ago, so I'm completely unaware of this new addition.

They would fit yeah but when they introduced the 2nd item page, I guess they decided to move all augments to the second page regardless of whether they fill the 1st page or not.
