April Subscription Charges.

Hi could anyone help but may need to contact SE the BastardSwords i have been charged for this month yet they said fees wavered have anyone else had the same problem? thanks.

If you look at the front page of POL when you log in and shift through the notices they posted a list of conditions for the waived fee. Basically the only ones who were really exempt were people who had a content ID active during the March billing cycle.

Thanks Swords i have seen that and my Id was active during March and not been able to play while servers were down i started playing again when servers were back up but i cant phone Se now till Monday to ask why i have been charged.
