My Green Moogle Pell was lost during item selection due to a disconnect.

I was in the middle of looking through the possible items that I could exchange for when I was randomly disconnected because of a server or game error and now my Green Pell is gone. Is there anyway to be compensated or a fix for this? I've checked everywhere for it. Delivery box (My Red one was in there) Inventory, Mog Sack, Mog Satchel, Case, Locker, Storage and Bank, nothing, it's simply gone. Even done /itemsearch "Moogle Pell (Green)" "No instances of this item found"
