Weapon Skills lost after last update

My 99THF only has 4 weapon skills after update. H2H capped and merited. WTH????

What's your subjob? Thief can only get four WS natively: Combo, Shoulder Tackle, Backhand Blow, and Spinning Attack. The rest are either MNK or PUP sub required.
