Relic Trial not recognized in current trial list.

Thread Title: Relic Feet Trial 4993 not activated. The equipment had the trial information inscribed on it.

Steps: I entered Dynamis - Valkurm with the Relic feet equipment "Abyss Sollerets +2", inscribed with the trial 4993. (20,000 EXP in Bastok or Valkurm). I noticed the Experience Points information given upon deaths was not displaying as intended. I called GM Emworash to ask whether my trial was active or not. It was suggested I post the following bug report.

After defeating enemies for 1 hour, 40 minutes, I decided to leave. I accumulated a lot of Experience Points using the Expertise Ring. I am positive I received over 20,000 Experience Points.

Upon returning to Jeuno, I traded the Abyss Sollerets +2 to the Magian Moogle. The option to remove the insignia was given, and nothing else. After reviewing my current trial list, I could see trials 4430, 33 and 2392 were active, but 4993 was not displayed. I decided to call GM Enkidae to ask about the trial and how it was possible for the trial to become unattached from the current list. I was informed I should create a bug report, and any data would be analyzed following the bug report. I was instructed to remove the insignia and reapply it to see if the trial would become active again.

At 11pm GMT, I removed the insignia and reapplied. It was immediately available to view in the current trial list.
