Name changes on relic gear

Any idea why I can't upgrade relic gear with Monisette, The name on gear has changed from what is on sites... help?

Explain what you're trying to trade to Monisette, perhaps it will become more obvious to people what is going on. As for names changes, all AF and relic changes name when it is reforged.

I found why I couldn't trade I already had an item in being updated which i did forget about, sorry for the post ;;
