Maats Hat

I got my maats hat at 75 pre Abyssea after spending countless hours in the boyahda tree.. Can we adjust the timer to match the warp ring so I won't have to lose -1 inventory, one is earned one is dirt cheap.

While we're at it, how bout putting the retrace staff on the same timer?

And Nexus cape at like 1 hour, that's high enough to prevent warping around a zone all the time but a lot more reasonable when doing things like say, unlocking waypoints.
