Currently I am experiencing two issues on my character for Odin on Soliserio. My RDM when equipped with the Staff will not display the Weapon Skills or the Combat Skill for Staff on my RDM. Also, I have done all missions up to Mirror Images for my NPC Fellowship and currently I can not after trying multiple times to flag the "Clash of Comrades" quest to continue leveling my NPC beyond level 65. Currently my NPC is stuck on level 65 and Luto will not give me any further quests.

With regards to staff skill and red mage, as long as I haven't missed a thing, they still do not have the skill which would probably explain why you're not seeing the skill while having red mage set as your main job.
The only exception is having spent merit points on the skill, or setting a support job that has the skill.
As for the Clash of the Comrades, I suspect you might have triggered the event where you can start spending fellow points. To make sure this is not the case, I would suggest speaking to Ajahkeem at (G-9) of the Ru'Lude Gardens.

I have just spoken with Ajahkeem which I was already aware that I am currently able to spend fellow points. I have spoken to him many times with no results only the ability to continue spending fellow points. Luto still will not flag the quest for Clash of the Comrades.

That's unfortunate. I was hoping it would have been that simple, but I guess we're out of luck there!
Have you tried to go for the next step, that is, the Qu'Bia Arena, just to see that you indeed are not allowed to enter the battlefield yet?
Aside from these guesses, I can't see anything that you could have missed, and it indeed would be up to the greater powers to fix...
I would also consider looking into any unfinished quests. As you may know, there are some that interfere with others, and I would not be surprised if there was something not yet known that's blocking you off.
Indeed I have... No battle/BCNM or any battle for that matter is being displayed. After I completed Mirror Images, there was nothing after that. I clicked a few times just to be sure and it is blank with no options.
I've sent a technical request to support for further assistance or guidance. Waiting a response. Seems like it may take a few days.
It may also be a good idea to create a bug-report (http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxi/fo...7-In-Game-Bugs), as well as contact a GM in-game, if you haven't yet (they may only be able to ask you to create a bug-report though).
Make sure to add the required information so the report can be forwarded. It will help them in their efforts on re-producing the (possible) bug.

Whatever it is, I do hope it will be resolved sooner, rather than later.
