POL-1160 Returning Adventurer Campaign

For two days now I've been trying to get in and get the updates so I could see if I wanted to come back during the Returning Adventurer Campaign and all I get is pol-1160 even trying at 2:30am est, 8:00am, noon 3:00pm and 7:pm time frames. It's was never this bad following updates in the past, usually I'd get in the same day, last time I played I believe my game counter was pushing 3 years of game time. Did you guys further reduce the number of servers or your available bandwidth to save money?
