Unagmenting items from FoV elite fights

This is thread is based on the idea of unagmenting items that you have done via a elite FoV upgrade. I understand that the 3 battle add on areas and reward item agments you pick you cant remove. Same is with stuff etched on via synergy. (Synergy can be undone)

My more concern is stuff you do elite pages for and get random agments on wpns /armour gear.

My idea is this and followed with a reasoning... If you could remove the said augments from a item you want. At a npc you could do the battle over again and again till you got somewhat of a ideal weapon you want.
This will promote some people to do more FoV pages and will bring life back to a rarely used system. They could repete this more than once on a solid good piece of gear. If bad they could remove and try again. At the moment all you can do is bite your tongue and try again if bad agment.(buying new item of course) If you are not using could remove the agment and sell or send off. In doing this small procedure you elimiated people from constantly having to rebuy a item due to unwanted agments and bring back lustor to FoV elite fights. Plus i force many more people trying to get better agments than ones they have and as is not many non rare or exclusive items in game to do this at higher lvls anyways. Giving another chance at better gear from lower levels ... or at least a little bit of life can be "tried " to breathed into them

i support this idea. I want to augment my elemental staves so much but i'm afraid of getting something like +5chr. If i knew i could reaugment, if not completely remove the augment, i would attempt to augment everything i own that i don't plan on selling.

I've always thought you should be able to un-augment things. It would be very helpfull not to have to keep buying the same item.

I've always looked at FoV Augments as a clever way to stimulate the market. People got a bad augment would generally replace that armor and try again until they got a good one.

Being able to remove the augment and re-do it unlimited would back-peddle that, But i wouldn't mind it since all the gear that can be augmented is 75 and lower, Most of it rarely comes in stock these days anyway, and most of it is rather useless to a level 90 player, and if its not, it will be by 99.

So by all means I'll agree to this.

It'd be very easy here without breaking game balance to just allow augmented items to be traded again and the augment overwritten.

Warning: This item is already augmented, by accepting this trade previous augments will be cleared.

Are you sure?

Show item trading with augments pop up with yes/no

i wanted to come back to this old thread. I have alot of FoV agmented stuff ><; Now majority of it is outdated or similar. Keeping in mind how you can unagmanet synergized sky gear.
Would it be also a consideration to do that for random augmaneted FoV stuff?
