Walk of Echoes Enmity issues

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but I'm posting here to get an answer:

NPC Name: None
Monster Name: Pardus and Canis Dirus
Steps: Any cure spell or debuff removal spell I cast immediately adds me to the top of the Monsters hate list and I get attacked. I did this after casting cure 1 thru 6 and erase and paralyna on my friend. Everytime the monster would turn and attack me. Best one was when my friend did a self Skill Chain, pump out over 12000+ dmg and I use a cure 3 and pull hate and never lose it until I died.

I think Enmity is broken in Walk of Echoes or if its "Working as intended" its kinda stupid with no actual Enmity control its basically max character zerg fest.

{Requested additional information}
1. Laide was on White Mage sub Scholar, Jeanny was on Monk sub Warrior.

2. I entered Walk #6 while it was on ilvl 119 mode. After using standard white mage buffs, I had Jeanny run down the ramp and pull a Pardus and we ended up with 2 of them. Jeanny started off with no Enmity issues until I used my first cure 3. The targeted Pardus ran over to me and started attacking until I died. While I was being attacked, Jeanny was pummeling the Pardus and tried to use provoke, Chi blast and breserk to gain emnity and before Laide died the first time Jeanny landed 2 victory smites for about 6000 damage each and still did not regain enmity. Before I died the first time, another player in zone casted cure on me a few times. Once I went down, the Pardus immediately went after the other player (think she was a white mage also). Another player, a black mage, somehow aggroed 5 additional Pardus's and brought them to where we were attacking the first 2. After he went down, jeanny by sight or sound aggro ended up with all 7. We managed to kill my first Pardus when I used a paralyna on Jeanny. Immediately after I took hate from all 6 Pardus's and died not long after. I think most players in zone gave up and ran away. We stayed and kept trying to kill single Pardus's. Same issues kept happening. I would pull hate immediately after using any debuff removal spell (Paralyna, Erase) or any tier of single cure. I at one point Jeanny held one Pardus and just let Laide die, reraise, toss a paralyna or a cure and die again.

After we killed 5 Pardus's we tried a Canis Dirus to see if we encountered the same issue. Jeanny had 1000+tp and a tp wing prior to engagement. She went in, provoked, chi blasted, popped breserk, Focus, dodge and then Victory smited for over 6000 dmg and then used the tp wing and repeated. I then needed to toss a cure 3 on her and like before with the Pardus's, Canis Dirus went after me and I died. Not long after jeanny fell and I gave up trying.
