Increasing the steps without increasing the finishing moves is a slap in the face. With the job point expansion of samurai's meditate the increase in reverse flourish tp will be equitable. If you disagree, simply decrease the amount of tp per finishing move reverse flourish yields. I suggest increasing finishing moves to 10 along with steps, and accordingly reducing the recast time of flourishes.
