Steps:
While fighting Akvan I could not cast the spell Cure IV on an alliance member with the target <stal>. The cursor was behaving like <stpt> so I could not heal people outside my own party. Later I tried it with Raise and it still did not let me target outside my own party.

1) Get inside an alliance.
2) Try to cast a support magic spell with the target of <stal>.
3) Try to target an alliance member with it. However, the cursor will behave like <stpt> not allowing you to target an alliance member.
