Campaign Battle: Freelance spawn issues

So, I noticed on my server this week that Lewenhart was alinged with Windurst, along with Babban Ny Mheillea. However, neither one of them would appear at all in over 24 hours+ in town or out in the field.

Basically unable to influence them or have them participate in campaign battles period. I made sure to verify that they were aligned with a nation through Maruna-Kurina, the scholar freelance. For both he said that they were currently in service of Windurst and will remain with Windurst for the next tally.

I did wait for a good 24 hours doing other things while I left my character standing at Lewenhart's spawn location inside of Windurst Waters [S] that entire time and not once did I see him. I then decided to grind out some of the campaign battles/visit the fortifications throughout the Windurst areas, but to no avail. This tally is almost over and not once have I seen either Babban Ny Mheillea or Lewenhart anywhere.

I even spent quite a few hours scouring Meriphitaud Mountains [S] for the Sprout to influence Babban Ny Mheillea, alas, again no luck period.

Has anybody else noticed any issues with these two specific freelances or any others in paticular? I was told by a GM that they would file a report on the matter, but in the meantime I should post a thread/discuss with other players who may also have noticed this as well.
