Cannot Access SquareEnix support

Hi. I'm trying to recover the password for one of my accounts. Which is kind of another issue entirely, because I've not changed it, so I SHOULD be able to log in with the password I have. But regardless, when I go to retrieve the password via the SquareEnix website, I get stuck.

I click on the Support link, and get taken to the form for Password Retrieval. But then when i fill it out, I'm taken back to the support article for it, but am not given anywhere to go from there. There isn't anything to click, or any other options available to me. How am I supposed to retrieve my password?
