Fast Cast Icon Appears For No Reason

Steps: After leaving a Hurkan fight early because no one was using earth magic to get rid of the aura from Crashing Thunder, I logged off in Eastern Adoulin. Upon logging in the next day, I found a Fast Cast icon in my status area. I thought it was abnormal and so I removed it (clicked it). It came back shortly after. Even after zoning, it remains. I logged out for the night after placing a GM call; however, needing sleep, I had to log for the night. (If the GM that responded to the call is reading this, I'm sorry I stood you up.) Anyway, today I logged back in and I still apparently have Fast Cast.

Update: I did a Rieve, received the Fast Cast momentum bonus and upon successful completion on the Rieve, it wore off.
