A lot of the cutscenes from the BST AF quests are in Upper Jeuno, but neither of the Bard NPCs there seem to have any of them available. The one in Lower Jeuno has the ones for the 3rd quest (A New Dawn), and the Goblin Footprint in Fei'Yin has one for the 2nd quest (Scattered into Shadow), but the 1st quest (Wings of Gold) is completely unviewable, as are a few parts of the 2nd quest.
