Please add - Max Mob Hold

As the title says,

Please add a maximum monster hold of 2, no one needs to hold 3+ monsters for farming purposes.

Clarification, max hate hold, claim hold, allow others to attack monsters in white sufficiently as to claim them.

Example: 2 people in one area, competing for kills, one gathers 4 monsters an the other is unable to take claim over even one due to the over geared other persons ability to deal greater hate/damage.

It creates an unfair advantage. Others have a right to farm as well.
Allow gathering an pulling of many, but only allow a true 2 max hold.

Edit: Apply this per person unless in party or alliance, then apply it to the entire group as to prevent unfair conditions unforeseeable.

That would make death warping even harder. Along with making it harder for blues who are trying to learn spells on mobs that they would kill just by sneezing otherwise.

yeah I don't see the problem here requiring a solution. If someone is engaging mobs you want, either get the mobs off them, or if you can't, come back when they are done/do something else. Not an issue. Even dynamis has almost zero competition these days.

No thanks. I prefer too much than not enough.

Why? Because like you're trying to farm Dynamis and someone has 5 mobs on them? Guess what. The game will only allow them to claim one at a time. If you feel like they are holding your mobs, attack and peel one off.

Placing a limit of 2 mobs seriously undermines a lot of farming and XP strategies. I need a lot of Demon Blood to level alchemy. To do that, I farm Murrain Chigoes in Abyssea Attowha. I gather a bunch up and mass kill with Aeolian Edge or Spinning Attack. Targeting them one at a time would be a major pain in the neck. And for what purpose? Because some guy is too bashful to take unclaimed mobs off someone?

If you can't peel off a single mob from someone holding multiple mobs who isn't killing them so fast it doesn't matter you might want to put some gear on or not be 50 levels under them

Yeah this is pretty much the same response you will get from Square-Enix/Playonline/GM when it comes to this request. There's no claiming rights to any mob in the game other than the mob(s) that is being currently attacked by 1 person/party/alliance in red(or purple) lettering. There's no rules as far as claiming a mob that's already being multi-claimed in white by another player as it pertains to be an unclaimed mob. as this person in my quote stated...you can either try to claim the unclaimed mob....or come back later when the person is not there if you are unable to claim it from the player.
