How does one get on the FFXI get dev team, particularly the part that comes up with the ideas of expansions and job adjustments?

Well I imagine having professional game design experience is a prerequisite.

As is speaking fluent Japanese and living in Japan, since that's where they do this stuff.

I want to be in the dev team too!

More specifically the "Look for cute Japanese girls to do some very serious (of course) research into Dating Sim elements that could be added to XI in the future" team.
