It may seem and odd req, maybe even one that makes me sound like a whinny little ****** but is there a way that Notorious Monsters that use TP moves causing terror have them limited to every other TP move or every Three ... OR give player characters a cool down on how often they can have terror effect them?:confused:
Having a NM use Terror twice in a row seems a bit much.
