Bump to tank hate generation?

Is there any way we will see tweaks and/or adjustments to the way hate works in the future? With the recent wave of people demanding hateless/reduced hate DD's for events (yoichi rng in particular) a lot of jobs I have noticed are sidelined.

Maybe other / new ways to control hate as one of the heavy hitting DD's?

The only things I see rng getting shouts for on Bahamut is AAs, and DM2 and I think the reason would be pretty obvious, the AAs do nasty things like blow up, and charm, I never see a shout for rng to do delve or skirmish, those shouts are mostly for mnk, mnk got sidelined on those fights deal with it, I dealt with rng being sidelined forever, then I got smart and leveled brd, now all I gotta do is say "ooooh pick me, I can brd" and I do virtually anything I want. What you're asking them to do rewrite the entire mechanics of the game, and besides that most of the rangers I know use skirmish 2 bows, and cibitshavores with Jishnu's Radiance as a weapon skill, the reason rng is getting the AAs is because they can stand outside of AOE areas and still do damage, it's what rng was made for

RNGs are also used in Marjami Delve, at least in my experience. The tulfaire and the megaboss in particular are not nice for meleeing close-up.
I seem to recall several RNGs when I got my Ceizak win as well.
I haven't been in Yorcia or Kamihr Delve yet, but would not be surprised to see more of the same strategy.

RNG is used in Kamihr, Ceizak(although I prefer Namas SAM personally), Marjami, AA VD, DM2, Celestial Nexus. Compare with other DDs, it's certainly one of the main steam DD job. Plenty of ppl also don't bring MNK to kamihr/marjami/AA VD/DM2 etc.

If you want a job that can be used in all endgame event, lv BRD or WHM. If you want to play DD, you can't get invite in all events on 1 single job.

we only use RNGs for AA VD (on most D melees are fine too), Marjami, DM2 and Celestial Nexus.
in ceizak Delve we use: SAM (apex arrow or relic) and or BLUs
Foret: at least 2 MNKs and any other melee
Yorcia Delve: Slashing Melees (we leave mnk out for this mostly)
Kamihr: this one is a mixed bag and needs all forms of damage.
Stellar Fulcrum: excellent Zerg jobs (WAR DRK MNK)
Tenzen: all Melees
Ouryu: biggest bitch fight ever.


I wouldnt say RNG is use for all content, but for 1/3 of it as a DD.
