Alternate 2HR Abilities...and useless JSE earrings.

I have the lvl 90 JSE earrings for a few jobs and I'm struggling for a reason not to /dump. They're utter crap. So, I thought of an idea that might make em useful. If someone has their full AF3+2 gearset with all Empyrean JSE (excluding empyrean weapons since multiple jobs can use some of them) including the earring (but also the back/waist/ammo items), than at level 99 an alternate 2HR can became available for that job (while the players has the all the JSE equipped). The alternate 2HR could be a quest involving the character reaching the pinnacle of their abilities at 99. Some 2HR's, currently, just have very limited use and i'm sure an alternate would be welcome...please feel free to add your own ideas as to what those 2hr's might be.
