What happened to the tech support threads?

Is it just me? Are the English tech support forums empty? What happened?

They were moved to the hidden forums of tech support:

Awesome. I guess the next question would be "why"? You'd think if they were doing a forum re-organization they'd let the community in on it *before* they start it. Maybe they did and I missed it?

At this point I've sort of given up on any semblance of sanity from SE customer support and will do my best not to attribute this change to malice on their part. Maybe they just don't know what they're doing. Maybe they do and just aren't very good at communicating with their community. Either way, meh.
