Limit break signal pearl

I can't seem to get this quest to activate for me... I have completed the Mirror Mirror quest and a pose by any other name quest and I talked to Angelica in Windy Waters did the leather vest thingy then went to Selbina to talk to Diederik and I can't get the quest to activate. He tells me "I am waiting for a painting from Angelica" ;........... I am stuck and don't know how to get this to activate ....... Can someone help me out?
