How about it? A nice bulletin board that people can post stuff on that they need. It could be 1 for each section of the city and be right in plain sight (hopefully). And when some1 needs a smithing or goldsmithing crafter they could put it up on there, they need an armor set but can't find it in the store or on the auction house, put it on the bulletin board. Now obviously for it to work people will have to check it but hey
