Song overwrite timer

For years now BRDs have had to deal with the song has "no effect" issue when trying to overwrite songs that are over 120s base duration. Appears SE now may actually address it.

Song adjustment

Adjust system so that songs with 120 seconds or more remaining on their duration can be overwritten

A bug has developed due to this adjustment and it will be pushed back.

Even though it's not being added in March at least something to look forward to.

Yeah, this one has been a long time coming.
