Steps:
1. Bought Cosmo-Cleanse KI from Sagheera.
2. Got appropriate Card KI @ entrance of Al'Taieu.
3. Entered the Limbus Lobby
4. Traded my Metal Chip to the Swirling Vortex. The response I got back was "It seems that you will have to wait a bit longer..." The first time I tried was at the Teleport-Dem entrance and I was the only one in Apollyon.
5. I waited 20 minutes or so and tried again. I received the same message and still, I was the only one in Apollyon.
6. The next day I went to Teleport-Mea entrance and there was one other person in Apollyon, however, this person was not in CS or CS II area. I received this "It seems that you will have to wait a bit longer..." message again.
