Dec/Jan Update Survey Error.

I have been trying to complete the survevy for a long time and I am constantly getting this error every single time I try to submit it. I know it says to wait a few minutes and try again but i've been re-trying the last couple of days on and off and its getting ridiculous.

Unfortunately, an unknown error has prevented the information from being sent properly.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please wait a few minutes before trying to resubmit."


I've tried using firefox, chrome, internet explorer and even my phone. I get this error every single time.
