Steps:
We were fighting the Mithra under 30%ish health, when it gains access to Cloudsplitter, in the space of 45 seconds it used a TP move 10 times, at this point the PLD died so if we'd kept going it could well have kept going.

We had a ranger and dragoon also meleeing on it with Soul Voiced songs but that really doesn't seem to explain the high TP frequency.
