POL-5311 Problem Please help

Enter it where? I don't have any Square Enix ID or Password options up. Just asks for my member's password and playonline password and then won't let me through because of the error.

when you enter your member password, click settings and it'll bring up the screen where you enter your SE id then click ok and then enter your SE password.

This is not working for me ... I did what yall said ... entered my info properly and nothing ... and now I am stuck with the "you have entered an incorrect password 3 times now try again later" I don't understand why everything relating to this game has to be so damn complicated.

same problems here too... it looks like ive chaged something when signing up to the forums, changed my password or something without realising.. i emailed support center and they came back with

"all the servers are up, please continue to try"

that didnt really help after i explained the whole situation... !... anybody got any ideas ?

ive double checked my POL id and passwords, checked my SE account id and still cant log in ! :( :(

I cant either. I have my POL name/id/password, then i put my SE name in the box, though I do not have a security token. Nothing's working...

For those still having trouble, Click settings and under square enix id put your id. Then enter your password for the forums, I also had a problem where i had to reenter my playonline password.

It is now 9pm edt and my sons acct will not let him log on, and we have tripled quadrupled checked everything and it's all right, but will not him log in.
