Enmity merits

Enmity merits needs the option to be switched on & off.

That'd be nice.

Also, I'd really like the option to toggle job traits on and off. Tranquil heart is not something I really want on PLD. <,<;;

Actually the entire enmity system needs to be reworked. Tanks are only used in very select content.
