Run looks like it has gotten the short end of the stick when it comes to emp WS' and since they have the highest GS rating it should only be fair that they have access to Torcleaver and Scourge.

I agree, run is suppose to be the master of the GS but yet cant yield the top two which is embarrassing. Run need a relic weapon along with a relic grip that enhance both tanking and damage abilities
