Steps:
1. Equipped Eminent Scimitar main weapon.
2. Observed attack and parrying skill.
3. Equipped Predatrice sub-weapon.
4. Observed no changed in attack or parrying skill, though Predatrice has +108 sword skill and +108 parrying skill.
5. Same effects observed when swapping and using Predatrice as main weapon.

It's not true skill, it's "fake skill", as stupid as that sounds... this is working as they say it's supposed to be intended.

Each hand with respect to dual wield has it's own calculations. Though the parry skill shows from the main hand.
