step 1: Get time limit quest pop up at 7pm pst.

Step 2: Complete it and get no first time bonus nor any AMAN pages as a reward.

Further info: I was able to everything last nights 7 pm time limit one as well as the following one in the morning and the one at noon. The first time was plantoids, second lizards, third plantoids, fourth lizards again. It has been suggested by some that for some reason if you get the same one in the same day it doesn't count as a "first" time. Given that I got rewards from plants last night and this afternoon but today got reward for the morning lizards but not the evening ones seems to lend credence to that.

This seems rather buggy for a couple of reasons. 1. It makes it so it's complete luck on how many you can complete in a day. 2. I can't think of any repeating event that resets on NA midnight insted of JP midnight
